Board Changes
Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-performance embedded computer boards for critical applications, announces that David Evans-Hughes, Engineering Director, has given notice of his resignation from the Board with immediate effect.
Mark Cubitt, Non-executive Chairman of Concurrent Technologies, commented:
"Dave has been a driving force for innovation and design within the Company for over 30 years. His analytical mind, creative designs and drive to deliver consistent solutions for our customers have been instrumental in the success of the company and we wish him all the best in a well-earned retirement."
