Concurrent Technologies Plc, a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, announces that on 16 December 2016, the Company's Chairman, Mr Michael Collins, had transferred 4,443,287 Ordinary Shares to another broking account held in his name for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, Mr Michael Collins' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged and he continues to be the owner of 4,443,287 Ordinary Shares, comprising 6.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
