Notification of Preliminary Results and Second Interim Dividend
Concurrent Technologies Plc, a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, transportation, telecommunications, scientific and industrial markets, will announce preliminary results for the year to 31 December 2013, on 25 March 2014.
The Board of Directors of Concurrent Technologies Plc ("the Board") has today declared a second interim dividend of 1.10p per Ordinary Share. The Board does not intend to recommend to shareholders the approval of a final dividend at the 2014 AGM.
The second interim dividend brings the total dividend to date in respect of the year ending 31 December 2013 to 1.75p, an increase of 2.94% on the previous year.
The ex-dividend date for the second interim dividend is 26 March 2014, the record date is 28 March 2014 and the payment date is 04 April 2014.
